Deposit

With a booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price - when we received the deposit the booking is considered confirmed

Cancellation

In case of cancellation fees of 20% of the total price will be charged.

With down payment already made, we offer the possibility that the down payment remains valid for one year.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay in all our apartments is 3 nights and in the month of august 5 nights.

The prices of the individual apartments refer to a booking of at least 6 nights. Any booking below counts as a short stay and the prices increase by 10%.
